A special event to discover international education and the right school for your family
The International Education Expo returns this October! This autumn’s Singapore event will be held once again at The Japanese Association, following the completion of its renovations.
Families of all nationalities are welcome. For expatriate and international families living in Singapore, the event also offers a special opportunity to visit The Japanese Association while exploring a wide range of education options.
This popular event will feature leading international schools in Singapore. For the first time, N High School, one of Japan’s most popular online and correspondence high schools, will also exhibit.
The accompanying speaker sessions will offer practical guidance on choosing the right educational path and raising children overseas. Parents will hear directly from school representatives, specialists and senior business leaders whose perspectives are not usually easy to access.
A stamp rally with prizes will also take place during the event. A kids’ room, always popular with families with young children, will be available as well.
This is a valuable opportunity to hear the latest information directly from many participating schools all in one day.

Language information: The 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. sessions will be conducted in Japanese. The 1:00–1:45 p.m. panel discussion featuring academic staff from Stamford American International School and XCL World Academy will be conducted in English and is especially recommended for English-speaking visitors.

Session 1: Beyond English Fluency—What Children Need to Thrive Globally in the AI Era
A CEO’s perspective on true global education for the next 20 years
A senior business leader with extensive experience observing people and organizations at the forefront of industry will discuss the capabilities children will need in the years ahead, drawing on two perspectives: that of a business executive and that of a father.

Session 2: Panel Discussion with Stamford American International School, XCL World Academy and a Parent
How families choose an international school and how university admission shapes a student’s journey
This English-language panel will bring together academic staff from Stamford American International School and XCL World Academy, together with a parent. The session will explore how families choose an international school and will cover curriculum pathways, student development, university admission outcomes and university counseling support, alongside a parent’s firsthand experience.
This session will be conducted in English. English-speaking visitors are warmly encouraged to attend.
3:30 – 4:15 p.m.
Session 3: Supporting Strong Language Development in Bilingual Children
What parents can do to help children thrive in a multilingual environment
Some children can communicate in more than one language but have not developed age-appropriate reading comprehension or writing skills. This session will explain limited proficiency across multiple languages—sometimes referred to as “double limited” language development—as well as learning disabilities (LD), in accessible terms. From a medical perspective, it will also introduce non-cognitive skills that support academic development and practical ways to nurture a child’s capacity to grow.

2. New for 2026: XCL World Academy Presents the Kids’ Room
For the first time, the kids’ room will be presented as a hands-on space where children can discover learning through play.
Programs are planned to include special workshops by XCL World Academy, giving children the chance to enjoy new learning experiences and activities.
It is a kids’ room designed to turn “That was fun!” into “I want to learn more!” and encourage children’s curiosity in a way unique to the International Education Expo.
Families with young children are warmly invited to attend together.
